I have to believe this was part of the Chronic Negress Winter Tour we did some years back, actually. I can’t say I remember the bottle, which is a good thing – we probably had a great time. Oh, that doesn’t narrow it down much, now does it. Hard to believe we drank a ’90 that recently – we know I’m cranky about how restaurant lists comprise 95% wine too young to drink, and 5% too expensive. Oops, that ratio’s changed too. But props to Flay if it was, indeed, more than a decade old (probably why we settled on it).
